A Simple 9-Part Daily Rhythm With Jesus
Each day, you’ll be guided through the same 9 prompts, so you never stare at a blank page. You simply show up, open your journal, and walk through this flow with Jesus:
1. Thankfulness
Start by naming what you’re grateful for to shift your heart into worship and awareness of God’s goodness.
2. Heart Clean Up
Gently walk through repentance, forgiveness, and confession so nothing sits between you and God.
3. Affirmation
Celebrate what you did well today instead of only seeing what you “should” have done.
4. Where Did I Struggle Today?
Honestly acknowledge where things were hard without shame.
5. Handing the Heavy Things to God
Name what feels painful or heavy emotionally and intentionally place it in God’s hands.
6. Jesus, What Are You Saying to Me Today?
Space to listen and write what you sense Him speaking.
7. Memory to Keep
Capture one moment from today you don’t want to forget, so you can see His faithfulness over time.
8. Belief for Tomorrow
Replace fear, discouragement, or anxiety with truth about who God is and what He can do in your tomorrow.
9. Who Can I Bless Tomorrow?
Ask Jesus who to intentionally love, encourage, or serve next, and write down how you’ll do it.

I'm Nicole Whitaker
I’m Nicole, a Christian Transformation Life Coach who has walked through seasons of heaviness, burnout, and numbness. Journaling with Jesus became a simple way for me to be honest about my heart, hear His voice, and remember His goodness.
I created this journal for women who are craving that same kind of real, everyday connection with Him. My prayer is that, page by page, you experience more freedom, peace, and closeness with Jesus.
